We always take the initiative to say hello to our JB-VO Registrant once in a while.In the event if your subscription will soon expire, we will notify you through the email and WhatsApp that you have provided us with. For yearly subscription, you will be notified 1 month before term expire while for monthly subscription 1 week before. In the event we do not receive any reply from you, we assume you have entirely terminate the subscription with us. Any parcels or letters we receive after your termination date will be kept for 14 days and will be disposed off automatically. At any time if you need any assistance, please email us here.
